RecommendedThis is my favorite seed company of all the seed companies out there. I order every year from them from a catalog of beautiful varieties. This year I had for the first time a slight problem with my order, and I called the number and spoke with Jack, a very pleasant gentleman. I'm a novice gardener and fairly old hat with clean eating and buying organic. When I started researching gardening, heirloom seeds were the only choice in my mind and I'm grateful to have found Baker Creek. We rushed our garden last year, but still had success with beans, peas, cucumbers, melon and other veggies, but we were just unprepared. Baker Creek is a great company with a beautiful selection of seeds & plants. I entered the wrong address in my order (never try ordering anything before morning caffeine, word to the wise) and they took care of it and sent me the seeds I ordered in a timely fashion. Their customer service people are the best. If you are concerned about GMOs, they are the best company to order from -- their seeds come from gardeners who are true stewards of the Earth. Incredible on every aspect. Varieties, descriptions of varieties, back stories, customer service, etc. etc. Honestly there's not one thing that I can think of that could use improvement. I ordered $75 worth of seeds, they arrived 2 days later. They shipped the same day I ordered them. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I went there last Friday with my best friend and my nephew and we had the best time, the best food and it was vegan! So many seeds to choose from and the bakery offered both gluten free, regular breads and possum grape jelly. Which no possums were harmed in the making of the jelly and it was delicious. We left there with our tummies full and our hearts happy thank you for the wonderful time, I'm sure to make it back there again as soon as we can.
