My first visit here- Jeff and Anna were amazing from the time I walked in until I walked out. If you need a body shop go see them they are amazing. Very nice and friendly staff. Adding on to my first review.... today 12/30 was my second visit here an Mrs. Jennifer and Zack was amazing. I'll tell you what if I ever need a body shop again this would be my go to..... smiling faces and very kind people.
Me and my husband had the pleasure of going to the Atlas Rd location today for a minor issue with a clip on my fender. Jennifer was amazing from the initial phone call this week to explaining the process today. Forgive me but I can't remember the gentleman that came out to take a look at the car but he too was amazing. We were there to get an estimate to fix the issue and sent by the warranty company. What the heck is wrong with these people? Put my car in for work and they BROKE THE WINDSHIELD, so my pick up date got pushed back. Then, they had to wait for a new windshield and install it. ONE EXTRA WEEK of not having my car. No effort to compensate me for a week’s worth of uber or a rental. AN EXTRA WEEK and it was there for something unrelated.
