I called in this morning to see if I could make an appointment to get a letter notarized. The person who answered the phone was not helpful, even bordering on rude. She refused to let me make an appointment, for no reason other than the fact that, she said he wouldn't do it. Perhaps he shouldn't be listed as a notary if he is refusing to do the work.
Worst lawyer EVER!!! Came to my mother’s (Elsie Charlton) house to change the Power of Attorney and Executor of her Will. Adam asked to see the new (internet copy) of her Power of Attorney. He read it over and stated in front of a ‘WITNESS’ that it was legal and we did NOT need to waste our money getting him to redo it. When my mother died he then sent a letter saying it was NOT signed and the first Power of Attorney was valid. If he can’t figure out a Power of Attorney GOD help anyone going to him for something complicated.... read more
