This contractor was unwilling to help clear the sewer problem in my commercial building because he was unwilling to haul his gear into the basement or ask for help to do so.
Lance was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my drain issue, and I especially appreciated the extra time to help me understand what was happening with my homes pipes. Five stars for sure. I will absolutely call him if I have another issue.
Lance knows his stuff. He doesn't overcharge, he's very reasonable. He could definitely charge more as he's the only guy anywhere around here that can take care of a major stoppage. He's professional, lets you know if he thinks you should get someone else to help take care of things if it's outside of his scope, and he comes out asap. Baker needs Lance and his services! Our old house would be in trouble without him.
