Fantastic service from a great team !
The associates here are wonderful to work with. The billing dept is less than desirable...I was referred here and after the first 3 visits my payment varied everytime I came. Once I would point it out theh usually gave me a credit to use toward next visit. This happend multiple times in a 3 month span. Then my wife who also was having treament started having worse pain than when she started and was having trouble moving after adjustments and bruises for a week. This place is great. Dr Brock is good at what he does and all the office staff are friendly and great.
I had my first chiropractic visit today at Baker Chiropractic and Wellness in Fairfield and it was a great experience. Everything was explained clearly, the adjustments were thorough, and I left feeling at ease and confident in the care I received. The massage was amazing. From the friendly front desk to every person I worked with, the whole team was welcoming and professional. I was really impressed with the care and overall experience. Highly recommend.
