The cleaner arrived as scheduled, was professional and courteous, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. There were a few areas that didn't come out as clean as I'd hoped, but it wasn't for lack of trying; the carpet has taken a beating over the past few years. I also felt the service was reasonably priced, as compared to other services I have used in the past. The dry time is much quicker than when I've cleaned carpets me in the past.
Wonderful experience! Our ten-year-old carpet looks like new despite our four children and two dogs. They have impressed me so much that I will use them for future upholstery and carpet cleaning.
Baker Carpet Cleaning workers were very nice and helpful, and they worked really hard to figure out what was going to happen and how it all worked out. The expert showed up on time and did his work quickly and well. Because I am so pleased with the outcome, I will return for future services and recommend them to all of my friends and family!
Excellent cleaning and service to customers! He was quick and thorough, and my carpet and stairs look great. Highly recommended and will be used again if necessary!
Highly recommend these friendly guys- they were very responsive and available for immediate needs. They offer pickup & drop off for rugs for a great deal if needed. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.
