Most people agree. 2 Stars. Wow. What A terrible company & place to work. They lie about commission splits and everything else to their own Realtors. They do NOT care about their female Realtors. Their sales are tanking in Los Angeles. And it all trickles down from their awful sexist & alcoholic upper management. Drive around LA & you will not see many DE signs. Currently dealing with a Douglas Elliman property which is fast becoming a total nightmare. Main office is borderline useless at handling enquiries. If you can - stay well clear of this company.
If your buying or selling and see the name Paul conforti of Douglas elliman do yourself a favor and do not deal with this guy he will waste our time and money with his endless lies and shady business.

The training the company offers every month to all agents, builds confidence and competence for all who take advantage of the training. This ensures that when a client is represented by an Elliman broker, they are receiving the best service and advice the industry has to offer.
