Andrew Epstein is a joke. First he ignores all specifications given to him. I found the listing myself, because he didn’t even try to find anything. He calls himself a real estate broker but dodges calls, ignores voicemails, insists his “clients” make their own appointments, and then doesn’t show up or pick up when you come to said appointment that you made yourself and confirmed with him.
