My significant other and I drove 45 minutes out of the way to come look at a used car on the lot. We had an appointment scheduled with someone named Kelli. When we got there, we ended up working with Cole which confused us a little bit because we were expecting Kelli. The car we drove all the way to see ended up being in the shop. Not a good experience.
My used car license plating with the dealership was one of the most painful experiences. No one from dealership would call me with an update. I actually had to get an atty to intervene.
Bought a Mercedes from Mat Saunchers, didn’t tell me about how it needed a new belt, had a gas leak, or how it needed new suspension joints which would be fine i get they’re not required to if he didn’t say he would atleast fix the discoloration on my front bumper then turned down my quotes and when I asked him to please get his own quote he told me to contact his manager. I also asked for him to get my warranty emailed to me 3 times and I haven’t gotten it still. Thanks!
Robert Palmer and Brian Pantaleon were great. Highly recommend for anybody looking to purchase a vehicle. Bought a used vehicle, sadly it needed filters, wiper blades and was extremely low on coolant. Couple miscellaneous things broken in the vehicle I didn’t notice until after purchase but overall very happy with my experience here.
Every time I go in about a repair under warranty. Baker’s service department charges me way more than my $300 deductible. They changed my transmission. I took it in because fluid was on my driveway. Diagnosis was transmission pan. Now baker wants me to pay for the diagnosis of the transmission that they installed. Make it make sense.
