Has really gone down hill with communication. Have sent numerous text messages and emails to Jason Freitas in the service department with little to almost no response or follow up. Have escalated to his supervisor with no response. I highly recommend taking your car for service to a different dealership.
If you want a "luxury" company that communicates and helps their customers, this location is NOT it. Considering you'll be spending a lot of money, make it worth while and highly recommend using someone else. Their lack of communication and follow up is ridiculous. They won't even respond to GM's Corporate Office who has also tried to reach out to them for resolution.
This was my review 5 years ago: My Cadillac dealer. No rip offs on service. Friendly staff. Even oil changes are reasonably priced! Now I can't get a service call scheduled! I've called but you can't reach anyone and you can't leave a message. I've emailed but the respondent must be AI and unless I state something simple, I get no reply. Scheduling service is like pulling your own teeth!
I have a recall on my 2018 CTS I called them and they tell me there’s no recall on my car😳 They say wrist I’m at risk car crash and I’m telling them that and they don’t want to listen to me and I tell them if something was to happen to me. They might get in trouble and they tell me if I tell them and talk about that they no longer can talk to me, but I’m telling the truth.
Baker Cadillac does things right. From buying a car to service over the years, they do things right.
