This location is terrible and I have had issues ever since we first purchased our car. Took it in for maintenance and recently called to get a copy of the maintenance report with the quote on a new part that I needed for the warranty company. It’s been impossible to get a simple copy of the maintenance report and have been calling for four days straight with no response on getting the document. It sounds like Dominic and Jason cannot send a simple piece of paper over email. Avoid this location at all cost.
Worst experience ever. Sold me a vehicle with an active lien and has not paid off my trade in. Do not buy from Baker!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Baker Cadillac about 45 days ago, and unfortunately, my experience since the sale has been extremely frustrating. While the initial purchase process seemed smooth, I'm now left with a temporary license plate and a complete lack of communication regarding my permanent plates. I was told at the time of purchase that Baker Cadillac would handle the paperwork to get my official plates from the DMV. However, after 45 days, I still have not received them. Sale was ok, after getting past Kelli to get an appointment. The completely rotten body bushings passed the "safety inspection" completed by the Baker service department. Air filter was "recently changed", but the actual air filter says otherwise. They may be fine for buying a new vehicle, but I wouldn't trust them for another used vehicle.
