We first hired Baker Builders in about 2003 to replace a shoddy roof job done by our home builder (Ashton Woods). They hand nailed the roof for better quality and since then we have had NO problems with leakage, compared with 4 leaks in 2 years with the original roof. A few years later we decided to remodel, enlarge and cover the original patio that came with the home. When doing so we asked that it be designed such that we could enclose it later if we wanted to.
