I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Betten Baker GMC. In early April, I brought my vehicle in because it was running poorly and I had specific engine codes from AutoZone that I asked them to investigate. Instead of addressing the issue I specifically brought up, they ignored those codes and repaired something else, replacing spark plugs and performing an engine cleaning service that cost me around $800–$900. Todd was extremely helpful at time of sale. He made the new car purchase simple. Todd promised our first tire rotation and oil change were free. Now that we tried to schedule it my husband found out this is not true. We are waiting for a call back from the sales manager. Get all promises in writing
Allie is one of the best! Between Allie and the service manager Keith, you've got a dream team waiting for you at this dealership. Bought a new vehicle last fall and had a not great experience with the general manager, and Allie and Keith went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The recent awards this dealership received are well deserved. Sometimes it's how people show care and fix things that lock in a customer for life. Thought you should know if you're considering a GMC purchase!
Absolutely turning into the worst experience we’ve ever had with A dealership, especially when you go to trade in a car and they then proceed to jerk you around for hours on end just to add gap insurance on the new car without even asking you and then sign a contract where they messed up their numbers and we got a rebate that was not supposed to be on there and have now since then installed on getting us our gap insurance back on the car that we traded in it has been over a week now since we have been able to get in touch wi... read more
