Poor Mr. William (Bill) Smith from The Villages Florida. Just to be transparent this is Kim at Baker Brothers storage. Mr Smith had decided to vacate with his Winnebago 4 days early just shy of the end of the month he paid for in advance. So he threatened us with going to an attorney for 4 days of prepaid storage which amounted to $4.67 since his total lot rent was only $35 a month.
