I rented ground storage spaces from Baker Brothers Self Storage, on FL-44, in Wildwood, Florida. It was suggested by the clerk (Kim) in charge that I should pay in advance as a convenience money that would be held by them for monthly rents; this without any warning that unearned rents would not be refunded. About their no refund policy. They tell you in Advance and have it posted everywhere. It is totally the client's decision to pay month to month or pay in advance. They don't care what option you choose. Great prices!! Friendly!!

Do not do business with them. They have it in your contract that they will not return rent paid by you in advance. Always pay them month to month. Mail them your rent payment at the end of each month for the next months rent. I now wish I would not have paid them ahead at all.
