Baker scheduler was very accommodating and courteous. Plumber arrived early with a 30 minute window. They bill by the job performed not hourly. The Plumber, Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our problems quickly. He was thorough, efficiently working the entire time he was on premise. Jesse was understanding of our situation and was very friendly. Definitely will refer family and friends to Baker Brothers.
