Pablo was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help my family. Our AC is out and it's going to be a few days before the part comes. The company was out of loaner window units so he got permission to go to Home Depot and buy one for us to use. Excellent customer service. We really appreciate him.

My AC broke on Friday, so I tried to make an appointment online. At first, I didn't think I could schedule it for Friday so I went with the next available appointment, which was on the following Monday. I was able to move my schedule around so I then made an appointment for Friday afternoon. I received confirmation e-mails for both appointments.
