Baker Bros is top notch but not all their installers. It's around 18K flooring project. We found lots chipped edges and hollow sound and didn't informed they smashed the edge. Dissembled sliding door then re-installed doors then lied to us we had to change the sliding door. They sent us a supervisor to check and repair. I had unluck with the first installer.

Baker Bros is top notch when it comes to quality, service and satisfaction. Such a huge difference in their products compared to the big box stores. It's worth it and your carpet will last for many many years. We have used them since 1991 and always receive great service. There are many items to choose from, whether it's tile, wood, or carpet. Great experience with Mark Breedlove, sales rep, and he was always there to help, assist and follow through. When you want quality and service, this is the place to go.

We explored several flooring stores in the Phoenix area for Luxury Vinyl Tile plank flooring. Merchandise ranged in value from very high end to box store options. We knew exactly what we wanted, but had trouble finding the color and texture we wanted within our price range. We were disappointed in some of the exclusive stores where no one seemed interested in helping us; and not surprised when there was no one on the floor of the big box stores who really knew much about their product.
