Dr. Brooke Baker DDS is an excellent dentist. My husband and I have been getting our dental care at Dr. Baker's office for several years. Our previous dentist was investing in so many high tech innovations and recommending expensive procedures that we felt seemed unnecessary so we looked elsewhere and found Dr. Baker. incompetent. Do not go there if you can help it. They will screw you up and play power trip when you have to something to say about it. Not to mention having dogs in the Dental Patient area.
Find A Different Dentist Let me first say that the dentist herself is good at her work. However, her receptionist could use customer service training. I have had two very unpleasant conversations with her receptionist. I am disabled and have had to have two unrelated surgeries that forced me to have to reschedule. I had to cancel one appointment due to having a hysterectomy, and her receptionist called me while I was in the hospital to demand why I was cancelling and then had the nerve to ask why I was having surgery.
