Andy is always dependable and gets the job done. He leaves the place clean and fixes whatever needs repairs. He's the best!
Vince who showed us around was very courteous, pleasant and informative. We were very impressed with the apartments that was shown to us.
This property is in visible decline. RTI AV consoles in shared spaces like the conference and yoga rooms have been removed—no replacement, no notice. Non-residents sneak in daily to use the gym, pool, and vending machines, exposing security failures. Posters still scream “WELOCOME TO BAKER BLOCK,” reflecting the lazy, uncorrected tone of current management. Dog waste stations go unfilled, carpets stay dirty, and basic upkeep is slipping fast.
