Baker installed our new gas furnace incorrectly, leading to a gas leak and causing my family to be sick. Duke Energy came out and had to fix their mistake. They tested the leak and confirmed that it was due to one of the unions not being tightened correctly by Baker services. Baker also lied and said that they were at my door / left a voicemail the day prior to fix the leak. I checked my cameras and looked at my voicemail, but found nothing from them. They are dishonest and negligent!
Called Oct 5 to get service on furnace. It is Oct 29 and they say "You are on my list. When we get there we get there." Don't buy anything from them. They will not support their products or help when needed. Extremely poor customer service.

My experience with Baker, Bauer & Fish Cooling & Heating was exceptional. The service was professional, and the team was knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable cooling and heating services.
Due to their poor installation I am having to replace my furnace after 6-years.
