Without question, the worst treatment I've ever received from any business. NO sense of urgency to get the job done. Charged me the full bill of $3000 but my truck still runs rough and the engine light is still on. They had my truck for 35 days costing me $800 in rental fees. They would not call me with updates so I made several trips over there to ask questions and to find out why more time wasn't being devoted to fixing my truck. We are a busy shop booked out two weeks usually and could not devote all our time on your vehicle. We allotted the amount of time in our schedule to repair your vehicle, due to other complications pertaining to your vehicle our schedule was getting backed up and had to complete other repairs that were scheduled.
