I agree with all these Comments, I went one time on Turner/ Ann St NW and ask for Radiator for Mitsubishi and they were so un-knowledge about Foreign Cars and me as a Black Guy, they were seem very useless and rude, I think they were Prejudice as well. Ohh well, That's NW Grand Rapids For you. I would NOT Recommend anyone especially African-Americans to this place.
Parts in Stock and great price!
My husband, Dad, and I moved from IL to Middleville MI. We rented a Budget truck and had to return it to Bakers Auto Parts in Grand Rapids. The truck was due on Sunday 10/28/12 and was turned in on said day at 3:00pm. Bakers Auto told Budget that the truck was not turned in till Tuesday 11/4, and I was charged 2 extra days. The manager of the truck rental at Baker Auto is a bald faced liar!!!!!!! He says that he checked for the keys from 3 to 5 pm on Sunday and there were no keys there. Went there looking for parts from a friends car that was taken there a week prior and was told they don't have the car... Unless it was gutted and crushed already the car should have been there. How the heck are they still around?
