I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cheryl Birss, Kim (the best Vet Tech there is) and staff of Baker Animal Clinic, Dundas St. Whitby. Managing a senior cat with diabetes felt overwhelming at first but this amazing team took the time to educate me, patiently answered my questions showing genuine compassion. Thanks to their expertise and kindness Lola's condition is well managed and I feel completely supported. Five stars is not enough for the peace of mind they give.
The entire team at Baker Animal Clinic is wonderful to deal with. Everyone is kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. All recommendations were made with a practical approach for my senior cat and they definitely put care ahead of fees.
