Just wanted to share our experience with Baker Animal Clinic in case it’s helpful for anyone making a decision. I know many people have had positive visits there, but ours was unfortunately not great and I realize our situation may not be common. We took our dog Opie there in October 2024, mainly for convenience as it’s in the same building as our groomer. I’m angry and very disappointed with the Baker Animal Clinic. Our beloved dog of 14 years was euthanized on Aug 29. At that time the clinic was told that we did not want an urn we just wanted her ashes to do something special on our own. It was said she’d be ready in five business days for pick up.
