Great baked goods but horrible customer service. They treated me as they were making me a favor by taking my order at the counter at Baked in Teibeca today. Won't be coming back and won't recommend it. A disappointment

Everything Ive ever made from any of the Baked books has turned out flawless. Thank you Baked! Its obvious all your recipes have been tested over and over.
So many thanks to John at Baked Tribeca. He went above and beyond in helping me with a (long distance) special request for a cake to be picked up (via Uber Rush) and delivered to an agency as a creative thank you following an interview. He even filled out a card to be included with the cake (and probably thinks I'm really weird for what I asked him to write on it). I was able to complete all of this over the phone and via email. You guys rock.
