Baked Joy by Mel and Sar is a wonderful custom bakery. I was looking up custom cakes in Redlands, CA when I came across them. They have a nice website that details their services and products. They respond quickly. They are very professional. I ordered a custom vegan 6 inch round cake baked in the style of Harry Potter’s pink birthday cake in the first movie and it came out so well! I purchased a 10 inch custom cake for my dad’s birthday. Sarah and Mel were very accommodating to our specific allergies and dietary preferences. We had a delicious, vegan tangerine cake with a lovely custard filling. Not only was the cake delicious and moist; but it was also beautifully decorated! I encourage you to give this small business a try for your next celebration.
Super easy to work with, Sarah was great and diligent, they dropped off the cake early and it looked even better in person. I will be solely coming here for my future baked goods
