12 of us had lunch at Baked in Kansas City today and all 12 of us found the food to be absolutely delicious! The service was excellent! I personally recommend the quiche lorraine although the eggs benedict ( regular + vegetarian), pear gorgonzola salad, and chicken salad sandwich looked just as scrumptious. Definitely a place I'll be going back to try everything on the menu!
The rosemary chicken was delicious! The vegetables were prepared to perfection. The bread with dinner, especially that with the garlic cloves in it was a hit. Other treats were the four cheese mac and cheese with pork belly and the Quinoa salad.

I chose this place over going to Story for brunch. Big mistake. The ticket time was 35 minutes. The French onion soup tastes like vinegar and the breakfast potatoes resemble that of a crouton. I don't care to give this place a second shot unless it is to buy a pastry and for that matter I can do that somewhere more consistent.
