I recently ordered cupcakes for a birthday event and they were awesome. We ordered a combination of chocolate, strawberry, grand marnier and red velvet and everyone raved about them. They even let us borrow a cupcake tower for our event. Thank you Bake Me A Cake for the wonderful service...we will be back when the retail opens.

I just wonder that are they really baking at "Bake me a Cake." I was searching for a bake decorating store when I came across this business. According to the website, this place sells baker's tools. So, I drove to their location at Altamonte. When I got to the parking lot, a young girl was sitting at the entrance with the door open. When she saw me, she hurried inside. Horrible customer service. Was quoted a very high price because he didn't want my business. I was told a cake for 20 people would cost between $200 and $300 dollars. It was only a birthday cake. I guess I was too dark to for them to bake me a cake.

I found the employees to be VERY RUDE! They could not similarly reproduce a picture I brought in for a cake but didn't tell me that until AFTER I paid them the 20% non-refundable deposit. And then they wouldn't return my money after the artist told me she couldn't make the cake look similar! Also, they will NOT apply the deposit towards anything else other than to force you to buy a plain and very expensive $50 cake. So unless you are interested in paying $50 for sugar and flour that you can get at Publix for MUCH less, STAY... read more
