I rolled up to this shop panicked/ unannounced with one tire pierced at a leaking 4 psi and parked right out front. The owner came right out to me, took one look, and told me to back in. He took off the tire, recommended a patch, and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Mind you I’m a woman driving a relatively new somewhat luxury vehicle and he was still honest. Awesome experience, super helpful with any questions I had on sizing of tires. Great price on 4 new tires. They didn't have my specific size in stock. Tires were ordered, arrived in, and got the work done, same day.
I popped a tire last week on my way to Golden Hill for tacos (no regrets) and thankfully, Baja Tires was a 3 minute drive from where I pulled over. I called to see if they could change my tire and they answered right away (I called 3 other locations before this one and none of them answered the phone). They took me in immediately, changed my tire, and got me out of there in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend going to Baja Tires if you're in the area!
