I went in today for dinner and had the worst experience ever. First of all, there is no longer a make your own bowl which eliminated EVERY single option I, as a gluten free vegetarian, can actually eat. Therefore I had to pay 9 dollars for a bowl with just lettuce, cheese, and rice. Second of all, the floors were absolutely sopping wet by the drinks. Went to order my customized Rice Bowl today for lunch online and found zero options to create my bowl. Your sauces upset my stomach so I liked the option of taking them off and adding Healthy! options. I also had 10 dollars of rewards to redeem but I guess that's 10 dollars out of the window.Big mistake!!!! I am So Pissed. You lost a longtime repeat customer. I hope you change back for the sake of your business.

I am so disappointed that the menu has been pared down. This used to be a small-town equivalent of Chipotle in that you built a menu item by asking for the ingredients you wanted. Now you are instructed to find the item on the menu closest to what you want, then read through the ingredients to request that they take off the ones you don’t want and to ask that the missing ingredients be added on as extras. I used to absolutely love this place ( Orrville location). Went in today to find the menu changed. Every time I tried to order a favorite I was met with a “We changed xyz..” After a few times of this I decided to order shrimp, chicken and steak tacos for my fiancé and I to split. The shrimp was just as it had always been but the steak was bland and had no flavor and the chicken taco so was drenched in olive oil that it was dripping off my hand, down my wrist and putting out of the tortilla. This place is just simply going down hill. The last 4 times I’ve been there they’ve messed up my order. And then had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to fix it, for my tacos to be 90% sauce & taste like crap.

RecommendedOne of our best date nights in a long time! Staff was so nice & accommodating. Christopher the manager who helped us order and checked in on us once we received our food, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He was GREAT! He made the experience. My husband and I have never been before and enjoyed our first experience so much we will be back again very soon! Food was served fresh, tasted great and you get a large portion. We both had left overs to take home. 👍🏻

Gross. Just simply gross. Used to be so good, but the last few times it’s just consistently gotten worse with tonight being that absolute worst. One pitiful avocado on a salad and oh did I mention it was black 🤮 ordered a side of black beans, it was literally a solid hard crusty CLUMP. The icing on the cake paying EXTRA for shrimp and it’s FROZEN on not only one but two salads. Entire Meal ended up in the trash, which was prob best I prob avoided getting food posioning.
