I moved to Oregon 2 years ago from California. I was missing some of the favorite eateries and thought of Baja Fresh. I became sad until I looked it up. There's one in Medford! So happy to say I got my baja burrito. Love Baja Fresh!
We used Ezcater to order lunch for our office and what a mess! The delivery driver gave us the wrong order and didn't confirm the address, so it created confusion in our offices with our neighbors. The manager, Luis, was AMAZING when we figured out what went wrong and helped us make the best out of the situation. Will be going direct to Luis moving forward.
My husband and I decided to give this Baja Fresh a try. Our experience at other locations have not been good. I have to say that this Baja Fresh was excellent. The food, the customer service, cleanliness all 5 stars. Good Job Baja Fresh!
This place is a wonderful experience to chill and eat chilli. The staff are very welcoming and the food was some of the best food I've ever had. They have their own salad bar with salsa toppings that made the experience even more enjoyable than your average Mexican food joint. You need to try this place!
