It is a gas station, not an actual Baja Fresh. Also, I placed an order a couple of months ago and show up to pick it up after driving 40 mins, and they didn’t bother to call me and tell me the owner had a family emergency and they closed. I filed a dispute with the charge with the credit card company and he contested it! What?! You didn’t provide me any service or product. Why should you be paid?! Crooks
To the owner: Train your employees on the menu items, they don't seem to know what items are supposed to come with. Supply them with the items on the menu (they are always out of stuff now). Food is good, confused service is not.
Sad and frustrating situation. It's just around the corner from my house. Went shortly after they opened and it was excellent. We went inside, were new to it, so staff offered suggestions of what they liked and went through options. Loved the freshness and options. The next time or two was same experience. We then did drive thru. Order was completely messed up. Tried again, got home and it was way off. Went in next and staff were just going through the motions.
