Salsa was old and tasted awful. I will not be going back.
It's fast food, but good fast food.
I hadn't eaten at a Baja Fresh in over 15 years and I wish I hadn't. We ate here on July 4th because many places were closed. We probably should have turned around when there was a sign that said their fryer was broken. They had their salsa bar sitting on a rolling cart instead of in a chilled stand. I ordered a Tostada salad and my wife got their Baja Ensalada. We both had chicken. The burrito was way too big. The meat used in the burrito was substandard as it had a lot of gristle in it
