Mike Hooker & Nathan Hayes were the ultimate professionals! I was impressed with their attention to detail and concern with making sure I was satisfied. They were a pleasure to work with. Worst communication ever ! I’ve had them do work for me before because they were under my home builders warranty for the plumbing, but when my septic pump burnt out. They came and diagnosed it. Said they would be back out to do the work that day as long as i did the finance paperwork. Finished it in 10 mins. They never came. Got a text the next day that they will be out to do the work.
