Came out and got the job down right. Good people top to bottom. I felt like a valued customer.
Excellent service. Polite employees who took the time to diagnose our plumbing issue. They were able to fix the issue same day and made sure it was actually fixed. The water in our bathroom sink has gurgled ever since we purchased the house. We just thought that’s what it did until a couple weeks ago water started backing up, even more, when we did laundry. Great service—very polite and efficient. They took the time to test the water pressure and made sure there were no leaks left behind.
We had a septic issue and after calling many folks, including the fella we usually use, I called Deweys/Baity and they came the next day the time they said they would be there. The first crew thought I was not getting juice to the pump and told me I needed to contact an electrician they recommended (Thrift Electric). They charged me $125 for the service fee, which is their service fee. So I called him and he too was very punctual (Thrift Electric).
