The guys at Bait Shack really helped me out and got my 1989 Yamaha 85hp outboard running right so I could prepare to sell it. Brandon was helpful every step of the way and they diagnosed my problem accurately and fixed it at a very fair price. Paul and Brandon were also great about answering the phone and calling me back as we worked through the issue, which turned out to be a bad fuel pump. These guys are honest and straightforward, and I will definitely go back to them the next time I need an expert opinion.
Did exactly what I needed for a fair price. I used them for the first time this year since they are close to me and definitely will use them again.
Brandon and his crew did a great job on fixing my Pro XS. Brandon also had the factory rep come by and Mercury finally agreed it was warranty issue and will cover it. The whole team went over and above with the factory to help me save some money on repairs.
Huge shout out to Brandon at Bait Shack Marine. We drove from Wisconsin to Georgia to pick up our new boat. Found out when we got there that the truck connection to the trailer lights was not working. Brandon went out of his way to make sure we had working trailer lights and got us on our way. Can’t thank him enough!!
