I came as I saw a review on how helpful they were with someone who had a chainsaw issue. However, i was told we dont service chainsaw and I should go online and order one. I also heard they was good for purchasing zero turn lawn mower of which I was prepared to purchase one. Well, not that they care, I'll go elsewhere and I told the young man I was looking for one. Personally OH is no better than WI as they serve who they want. I noticed quite a bit, get her in and out which they did.
I purchased filters parts for my walker mower. Staff is knowledgeable and understands what you are working on. Called to see if they had parts, they had them waiting for me when i got there. Good place to get parts at.
Very expensive, but knowledgeable
Very professional. Got my MS 661 up and going these guys know there stuff. Very great pricing. They do not price gouge you. I would give 10 stars if I could. Jimmy and Tyler in the parts department are excellent.
