Can't say+ enough about the customer service here. I have bought several items here....commercial toro zero turn, string trimmer, backpack blower, etc. And they simply know their products and the service department is exceptional. The other day I had an issue with my electric chainsaw. Here a small pin had broken/fallen off. The young guy at the service desk was beyond helpful. Found the tiny pin in stock and even put it on and reassembled the chainsaw for me. Truly an A+ on his part.
