They go the extra mile – I've been going to Bair's for years. Mike, the owner, and his entire staff are top notch people and car repair experts. I've had a fender bender or two plus some mishaps of my own doing. Whether I'm using my insurance or paying for it out of pocket, they always give me a fair price and go the extra mile. Me and Cars Have Always Been On a Crash Course – Bair's did a great job on a tight time frame. As you know I recommend few businesses and its clear I am not an easy customer. They also were flexible on price options and transparent about parts being used. On time. Best experience we've ever had at a body shop in LA – Nobody like having their car in the shop. But for me, as much as I dreaded it after a moderate collision, this place turned out to be just the no-nonsense family owned place I needed. A pleasant surprise, for once, with body shops! . Best Auto Body Repair Shop! – I first went here b/c I was in a car accident and my insurance broker referred me in 2006 telling me Mike and his team will take care of me - and they sure did! Mike was very friendly and knew how to deal with insurance claims and made sure the job would be done right and in a timely matter. Best auto body shop in L.A. – I just had a great experience. I picked up my car at Bairs auto body. I had almost totaled my very expensive car. Bairs was recommended to me and I am ever so grateful. Mike was terrific. He promised to have it done in 3-4 weeks and it got done sooner, no problems, he handled the insurance co. and the adjusters. My car is showroom new !!! and mike even touyched up some dings not related to my accident. I will recommend Mike Smilove and Bairs Keystone to one and all.

Excelent. – Got in a fender bender with my Audi Q7 and the most dependable people throughout the ordeal were the good people Bair. the service was excellent, the car came back looking like new, it has been over 2 months since the repair and everything works absolutely perfectly. Great Work, Great Prices...most importantly...trustworthy! – I've brought cars to Mike and team there multiple times and they do fantastic work. I've shopped the work I've needed done at other locations and they are always AT LEAST 25% cheaper (recently I had body work done on my Audi and they were nearly 50% cheaper than the nearest estimate I got!).
