Feb 24: Edit: a full month later still have not received a call. I am an office manager and the first thing I do if our team gets anything less than a 5 star review, is contact the person to find out how we can give them 5 star service. You need a class in professionalism & costumer service! Still waiting on a call back, as this is the 2nd time ordering from them.
