I am very unsatisfied with the meat I had processed. First of all, I don’t know anyone else that’s too lazy to take the silver skin off the back straps before cutting them up. I didn’t pay to have meat processed with silver skin just to process it again before cooking. It takes a second to take off the silver skin 🤦🏻♂️ also this is the 3rd pack of steak that I opened covered in hair. Definitely wasn’t worth the money or the time. Surprised to see some of the recent ratings, so here are my previous experiences... I've had a few deer processed here over the past couple of years, and I've always had a great experience. From my vantage point, the prices were more than fair, turnaround was quick (I'd prefer an extended age, but I know many processors don't have the space required for that), and they have some of the best trail bologna around. New to the area & decided to give this place a try after I got my deer this year. Higher priced then anywhere I’ve used in the past, and the amount of hair left on the meat was disgusting. Youd never know it came from a professional shop & not someone’s backwoods basement shop….
