One of the WORST places for agency nursing staff to enter avoid at all costs. Staff resent agency due to current unsafe work culture politics and poor management.
I want to start by saying this place is full of professionals. Being a placement student I had the experience to work with a great personality who showed us compassion to teach about what Mental health looks like to a health professional. It was a great experience to work with them. It was a pleasure to work in a real-world under their supervision. My sincere thanks to all of the staff who make us very comfortable to work and showed us, love. I will keep you guys forever in my heart. Thank you for everything!
