Terrible experience! The first associate I spoke with said that pressing and cowboy starching my clothing wouldn't be a problem. Giving a week to do the job, the day before it was due, I received a call telling me they couldn't. When I went to pick up, I was charged for a service I didn't receive, but that staff working at the time told me I could either pay the fee or not get my items back and there was no management to speak to.
