Stay away. They do nothing for you, this should be a great and warming experience. Gus is very unprofessional, rude and extremely cocky. Seeing another review discuss him being spiteful doesn’t seem surprising based of my interactions with him. Be good to people and they’ll be good to you.
I have been using/dealing with a realtor who’s been great-But, Gus who is the Managing Broker needs to be investigated-Punish’s realtors out of spite and in-return makes my purchasing process horrible. Gus has a very checkered past and is extremely unprofessional. Will be contacting the BBB.
