Worst renting experience with their management regime. They are the worst at repairs and maintenance requests. I pay 2400 in rent and it took them two months to address a stove problem the gas company came out to shut down. That was my first taste of their unprofessionalism. The rental property came equipped with two full bathrooms.however the drainage and water pressure have had issues for more than half a year and nobody at the management company seems to care. Was interested in renting a condo and set up a showing. I arrived at the location and the associate informed me that they had already rented the unit out and had not bothered to inform me. An abysmal lack of common courtesy and substandard professional conduct.
