Best choice I made in a long time, weve been putting off having a whole new hvac system put in for a long time and we finally had one installed. The installers were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure all work done was precise and complete. Having strangers in your home working is a new experience for us but these guys were awesome. After I discovered I had no hot water, I found that my tankless water heater had an error message of vent blockage. I called Baird. Coincidently, Ernie was on a service call in my neighborhood. He analyzed the situation, determined the cause and solution. Ernie worked efficiently to solve my problem! He explained that ice was blocking the exhaust vent. The cost was very reasonable, especially. I can confidently highly recommend Baird for heating, cooling and water heater repairs! Thank you!
