One of the worst criminal defense attorneys you could possibly have. Incompetent, inconsiderate, no preparation for important court dates and hearings, habitually ignores phone calls and does not return voicemails, he is not articulate or persuasive in defending your rights. Did not seem to understand the most basic and fundamental Rules of Evidence. Sloppy and careless representation all around.
If you looking for an impressive and experienced attorney to get the results you need, call Craig. Had a small matter to get taken care of so I called Craig. He treated me with respect and explained with detail every option I had and was very thorough in his dealings with the prosecutors. Got the result I was aiming for for a good price. Craig was so helpful and friendly. He took care of everything that needed to be done to get my credit fixed after my divorce. He explained everything and was there every step of the way. Makes me wish he would've been my divorce attorney too!
Mr. Bainum led me to believe he was working on my case for months, after chasing him down, finally getting a hold of him after calling frequently for two weeks, he then tells me he can't continue with my case and warns me about statue of limitations after wasting 3 months doing nothing. My first experience with an attorney and he was the worst experience.
