Great company to work with. We had some hail damage from a May storm, Ross Baine and my insurance company communicated throughout the whole process and made it very easy. They even sent back cleanup crews to double and triple check the following days that all materials were cleaned up. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our little kids wouldn't be stepping on any nails or other materials! 6 out of 5 stars!
Truly Amazing, Baine Roofing was an absolute God send. They were wonderful to work with. Alex was very patient with my insurance company (who was very difficult to deal with) Alex Baine went above and beyond to ensure my house was restored to its original condition. Amazing customer service and the quality of work is outstanding!
Our experience with Bine Roofing is this: Great communication...if Ross says he'll be there you can count on it! Was told the crew would arrive at 630 AM..could have set a stop watch on their arrival!! Was told they would complete our roof replacement that day...at 4:30pm the roof was completed and entire work area completely cleaned up.A crew of 6 got at it non-stop excluding a short lunch break.
