I lived at Bainbrook for a few years. It was a nice place to live up until the last couple of years. Right before I moved out I noticed my ceiling was starting to crack. I message management about it, no answer. Maintenance told me it was a foundation problem. Turned out there was a leak in the ceiling, I found out when my ceiling caved in one night during a storm. This is how responsible they are now.
Just moved out. When I first moved in the apartment that I was told was professionally cleaned was trashed. Mildew on the windows, dead crickets in the cabinets. There solution was sending a shady looking "maintenance guy" over with all purpose cleaner and paper towels. The constant noise from the highway is loud.
