5 Stars! ... Outstanding customer service! Perfection! My glasses literally fell apart on a Friday night (5/31/19), after-hours, because of an ill-fitting (too large replacement) lens (it happens). I was looking at the VERY REAL prospect of being effectively blind for the weekend. Dr. Cox and his staff are nothing but wonderful!! They helped my husband & myself tremendously, and worked around our needs & wants without question! Dr. Cox was very informative with answering questions we had, that no other optometrist had ever answered.
