Yes this place old management made living here a complete nightmare that is true. However the new management and maintence staff is absolutely wonderful , helpful , and go above and beyond for the residents. I just renewed my lease . Thank you to all of the Comstock team , including managemnt, leasing , and maintence .

I’ve been a resident for almost six months, and the community has remained quiet and clean. The staff is wonderful, especially Deborah. She and her team are professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Deborah consistently goes above and beyond as a property manager, responding quickly to any questions or concerns with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and with ease. I would recommend the community.
I am very pleased and impressed by the new managemnt company and the leasing and maintence staff . They are very wonderful and pleasant. The last two companies made this place unbearable for the first time I truly love living here .( I dont use the parking garage so cant speak for that ) but Everyone in the office and maintence team goes above above for the residents. Carl came to my apartment to perform maintenance. I had requested three repairs, and when he arrived I remembered another issue. He fixed everything properly and did a great job. He was very kind and even cleaned up after himself. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end. Thank you, Carl :)
