Bainbridge Pharmacy has amazing customer service! I wanted a UGA garden flag and Haley not only texted me flag designs, she also showed me other UGA goodies (since I live in Auburn/Alabama country) that I might like. My package arrived in just a few days with an awesome surprise!! I have never even been to the pharmacy (nor am I from Bainbridge), but they’ve gained a loyal out of town customer!!!
We are a family oriented pharmacy. Our customers we know by name and acknowledge them as they enter in. I have been employed here for 16 years. So far, so good from talking to them on the phone. I'm glad they do compounding because I was using a pharmacy in Thomasvillle b/c I wasn't aware of anyplace else that done medicine compounding, & this pharmacy delivers within the city limits of Bainbridge--Free! And, they called me back the same day I called them about them compounding a medication for me, & already got my information over the phone to have my information on file with their computer.
