Since moving from California I was really excited to have all my doctors within a 5 minute drive from me for my kids. It took me over three weeks to get in contact with them for a yearly appointment that wouldn’t be needed for around 4 more months. When they did finally contact us the whole process was so clunky and confusing. This review is to relay our experience over the last 8 years. Practically the office is located centrally on Bainbridge Island. You can get there by bus, and have your high schooler walk across for appointments which we appreciate. We have never had difficulty finding parking. The waiting room has 3 different seating areas which I think is comforting for parents of infants. Over the summer 2025 they updated their patient portal. Through the portal you can verify appointments, send messages, review visit summaries, upload doc... read more
