Call the first time and they were talking to me fine, then when I asked them if they sold the springs for my door they said no follow by a “I can’t hear you very well” then they hang up.. called 2 times in a row back for them just to say hello and hung up.. then called a few more times and they hung up on me the calls... I tried one more time and the lady said they will charge me to get somebody to let me know how much it was going to be.
