So fortunate to have this community treasure! They helped me with all the medications my mom needed at end-of-life and did such an amazing job I switched over all my prescriptions from Safeway and Rite Aid. I no longer wait in long lines. They call me if there is an issue with something. They have called the doctors directly to get help with insurance issues. Great pharmacy!!!
What a pleasing experience doing business with BI Community Pharmacy. This is the only Pharmacy that could get what we needed in time. Spent 2 hours calling every pharmacy from Bremerton to Bainbridge to find one that could provide the meds. Phoned Rose and i have to say she was marvelous and her assistance exceeded expectations. What a wonderful asset for Bainbridge Islanders.
What a great experience! Went in to "drop off" my prescription, and as I was about to leave asked when it would be ready. "about another minute" was not the reply I was expecting. I walked 5 feet to the cold medicine aisle, located a box of what I wanted, returned to the counter, and my prescription was placed in front of me when I reached the counter. The whole experience in the store (including setting up my insurance) took under 5 minutes.
